Concert Report: C+C Music Factory (Independent Bar)

Blog reader and contributor CJ was out at Independent Bar this past Wednesday night for their mac & cheeze 4th anniversary celebration.
Club was packed to see 90's Dance Pop duo C+C Music Factory (USA).
There was no room to move about the place!
They finally came on around 11PM.
Of course they played their biggest hit, "Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now)", a song that gets played constantly at Top 40 clubs!
CJ reports that they only performed 4 songs and then it was over!
And the air conditioning couldn't keep so the duo really did make you sweat!
View from above!
CJ reports that a good time was had by all!  Big thanks to CJ for the photos and commentary!

One of the two guys in the group died years ago. And the girl there on stage wasn't the original singer on the record. There was controversy back in the day when the music video came out and it didn't feature the woman who actually sang on the records.

Yes, it was David Cole that died but he was replaced by someone else. Weren't the original singers Martha Wash & Zelma Davis? Don't know if that was either of them..
